Umm, the selection was really weak. It felt like the same random stuff was everywhere, and most of the sizes I needed were missing. I ended up leaving without finding even one decent thing.

I had a easy time shopping here. It wasn’t crowded when I went, which made everything simple and stress-free.

Ross is one of those stores I kind of default to when I need to shop after work because the hours usually line up well with my schedule. In my head, it’s just an easy “I can probably swing by later” option, which saves me from overthinking it. Weekends are usually fine too. The only catch is that some locations close earlier than I assume, so I’ve gotten in the habit of checking online first. Overall, it’s convenient when I’m trying to fit shopping into a busy day

I was not expecting it to be that quick, but I barely had to wait at checkout. I was in and out before I even had time to get impatient...

I shop at Ross every now and then, i do like the prices. Sometimes I’ll find a great deal and feel excited about it. But my last visit was a little frustrating because there were clothes on the floor, and the fitting room area looked messy. It wasn’t awful or anything, and I still think the prices are worth checking out, but I do wish they cleaned things up a bit more often.

The store felt kind of unsafe during my visit!! Aisles were messy, and there were things on the floor that made it easy to trip. The staff I spoke with was nice, but it didn’t seem like anyone was really keeping an eye on the area.

Tried shopping online and there’s no actual cart, which is kind of ridiculous. It feels like such a basic thing to mess up, and it made the whole process way more annoying than it needed to be...

I ended up finding some nice stuff for cheaper than I expected. The quality is actually decent too, especially for what I paid. Overall, I’m happy with it

I ordered from rossstores.com and the checkout/payment part was easy. My card went through quickly, and I didn’t run into any random errors or anything, which is always a relief. I kind of wish they had a few extra payment options, like PayPal maybe, because that would make it even better, right? But overall, it worked fine for me. I’d give it 4 stars...

I’ve shopped at Ross quite a few times for clothes and home stuff, the quality has been sorta better than I expected. I’ve even come across some brands that surprised me. I’ve never really felt like I wasted my money there

Had a little mix-up by the door at Ross, and I was expecting it to turn into some dumb crap, but the loss prevention guy was actually cool about it. He just asked about my receipt, stayed calm, and didn’t make a big embarrassing scene in front of everyone like some power-tripping jerk.
Once everything got checked out, he apologized for the hassle and let me go. I was definitely nervous at first, but he stayed respectful the whole time, which I really appreciated. Not a bad visit at all...

I go to Ross often, the easy parking is one of those small things that keeps me coming back. I always remember the first time I stopped in after a long day, already tired and not in the mood to circle a lot forever, and I found a spot right near the front. That stuck with me.

Most of the time, I can find parking close enough to the door, even on weekends. It does get a little tight when the store is busy, but it’s usually still manageable and not nearly as stressful as some other places.

I’d probably give 5 stars if the carts weren’t left scattered around the parking area so often. It’s not a huge deal, but it can be annoying when you’re trying to pull into a spot or avoid one rolling nearby.

I shop at Ross now and then because you can usually find good deals, but my last order from rossstores.com made me a little unsure. A couple of the brand-name items had labels that looked different from ones I’ve bought elsewhere, and once I notice something like that, it makes me second-guess the whole order.
It could totally just be older stock, outlet versions, or closeout items, so I’m not saying everything is questionable. But based on this one experience, I’d probably be more careful buying branded stuff from them online. Customer service was polite enough, but they didn’t really give me a clear explanation.

I checked rossstores.com before heading to my local Ross because I wanted to see if the deals were actually real, they were pretty much spot on. I even noticed the same sale tags and price ranges in the store, down to a couple of items being only a dollar or two different from what I expected, which I always pay attention to.
Sizes and brands were still a little random, but that’s kind of the whole Ross experience. What mattered to me was that there wasn’t any awkward surprise at checkout, and the advertising felt honest enough that I didn’t feel like I wasted the trip.

My Ross receipt was mostly right, but one clearance item rang up at the regular price. I didn’t catch it until I got home, and at that point it wasn’t really worth driving back. Everything else matched up fine, and the taxes looked okay too. I just wish the discounts were a little clearer at checkout, would make it easier to spot stuff like that. Not a huge deal, but next time I’m definitely checking before I leave.

The staff did help me find someone at checkout, which I appreciated, but it took longer than I expected. They weren’t rude or anything like that, it just felt a little slow and unorganized. If the store was busy, I could understand it more, but in the moment it was kind of frustrating.
